No, they just bought up more distribution rights they already didn't have yet.

Specifically, on June 30, Disney bought rights to Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America: The First Avenger, paying an unspecified sum for the rights. Disney already owned the rights to Marvel's The Avengers and Marvel's Iron Man 3, having bought those from Paramount in 2010.

So they picked up the rights to Iron Man 1 and 2, Thor and Captain America.

Meh, no difference for fans really? I was expecting/hoping they'd managed to get the rights to make some property Marvel had sold off, like the ones Fox is shitting all over.
