That lasted for like 2weeks and has been fixed for a while. What the VAC is gonna detect is the thing that shows everyone's mana and items all the time(when they're visible) and whatever else people have been using.

Would limiting the number of regions people could que for, say up to 3 at a time, help in terms of not getting so many foreigners in your local servers?

Well what would help is making their local servers not shit for one, but mostly it would be to just IP restrict and shit like that. Which I don't think will ever happen. If you restrict to 3, they'll still pick USE USW and USS(or whatever south is), and russians will still select europe.

God that Na'vi shitstomp 26-2 of Alliance was brutal. Troll ulti with Impetus damage lol....EGM Wisp tethers right as its flying, the damage he took was hilarious. But ya troll ulti + impetus and arcane orb etc was fun to watch. Dota 2 really needed some new heroes to shake things up and adding those heroes seems to have done it.

3v5 due to two russians leaving. We come back and win while controlling their characters (pudge and NP). I play QoP and Pudge, Warlock plays himself and NP. High bracket if you can believe it.

Had the most asinine WIN ever this morning. I sometimes like to play a "quick" game before work. We had a Riki who was dominating the other team bad, had 40 kills around 35 minutes. Had a luna, me (shadow shaman,) PA, and lifestealer on our team. The Riki and Luna were geared to hell already and started trolling and were jungling and just farming creep lanes to, as they put it "get better items." I kept trying to organize them to just push the middle and win, but they wouldn't, kept farming. Our lifestealer quit, and at almost one hour I said "have fun, I'm going to go get a shower." The other team was bitching too. Came back out of the shower and we'd won finally. I reported the Riki for being a twat.

This is why private leagues with internally managed ban lists were the way to go in Dota1. And, they should exist here.
