The biggest boost this game had is all the ignorant fanboys who wanted to buy this simply because it's the latest Dragon Age game who still had some faith in Bioware's ability to make decent video games.

Another alleged insider sales leak say 500k sales but with a hefty amount of refunds. About 1/10th of ~5 million needed to be profitable.
Comparing the Steam numbers to BG3 seems to correlate. Plus they immediately announced no DLC means devs are abandoning.

Did you watch the video? Its presale numbers and adjustments are indeed - "Across all platforms" so...yes, they do know that it is more than 1 platform... lol

if this barely hit 500k. holy shit. I can't even believe that. I don't. it had to hit at least 1m. which even then would be a massive failure for a AAA title this big.

So was BG3. There's no reason to believe either RPG would get vastly disproportionate sales on console (afaik).
