It's basically what would happen if Tetris and Carcassonne had a bastard child who was a roguelike.

The basic concept is slick enough and itches the 'planning' part of my brain, but the way in which the game opens up with added buildings and such is very clever.

Got half a dozen hours in this weekend. Pretty interesting mix of puzzle genres with a decent amount of depth though it seems like the "boss" levels don't change which is kind of a bummer.

Not sure I like the boss battles anyway. It is like a different game. Get all this flow then they change whats good for the last battle.

The pathing/economy build up along the way is pretty forgiving (at least so far on hard difficulty as I haven't tried extreme/nightmare) so I enjoy the boss portions as it really makes you learn to squeeze the most of your build, but yeah I get it's completely different.

I do wish there was a toggle to block unlocked cards from appearing in your runs though as adding 100+ cards to your pool makes for a crazy amount of RNG.
