Will be interesting too see how true this is or how in depth this goes. I just can't see players enjoying missing out on things because the poopsockers have it all completed already. What I think it is more likely is instead of a "hard reset" , it will eventually "reset" due to no one around to defend from some AI attack or to upkeep it, thus allowing players to see one others saw before.These Rally Calls are like a public quest. For instance, settlers might ask you and others to help them build a frontier town, and then to build a stone wall around it. Once completed, that town and wall won't reset itself everyday, it will stay there forever or until it's destroyed.
