I was looking at the expansion release timing for this server again last night and its fucking absurd how long it takes for 60 to open up. It definitely wont hit tormax levels of desolation but this shit is gonna be real quiet after a few weeks

You can use the persona system to quickly do a long-distance mail quest for 1-2 plat and then buy your level two fire pet and some malachite. It should all be downhill from there.

I suspect this is an effort to push more people onto Fangbreaker at least short term so whoever came up with this terrible ruleset can claim success.

Vicious set himself up for a bad time on this one. On Oakwynd all the RI people rolled with FTE rather than make their own guild and then bailed after a couple of raids when FTE didn't meet their standards. Him rolling on Fangbreaker for a launch and a bit of casual raiding with no interest in going hard I get but then he went and rang the dinner bell trying to get all the people he likes playing with to play too. There's a difference between being able to tolerate playing with a new group of people who maybe aren't as good as you would like or that do things differently than you prefer and doing all of that with twenty of your cliquey, elitist friends messaging you constantly about how much these guys suck.

You can buy an achievement package on Vaniki that includes a claimable mount rather than buying one from the store. It's still krono versus cash/DBC though. Between that, a 35 dollar bag bundle, exp pots, the other store pots you need and the subscription the rake is pretty steep for a game that is also a time vampire.

In all fairness. they knew that Teek would remain somewhat popular (evidence from mischief) on this launch so testing what to do next was the best time to do it.

2000 "players" is respectable for a new trial.

Is this better than Vaniki?
