The number of groups that ive watched attempt to drop aggro at the first bridge, and then proceed to get ass raped as the mobs proceeded to actually make their way down there has been substantial.

I agree up until you get to the unlock cadence. The pacing is great, to the point where I considered immediately running another group to 60. But then quickly remembered the server will be stuck in a content desert wasteland for a year.
Its unfucking real they stuck with this schedule considering the pace of every other aspect of the server.

I did a group day one and have been 3 boxing since im on a limited schedule after day 1. Even just 3 boxing with tons of others around, a lively auction chat, feels like an mmo. Liking it and with the bonuses and the amount of drops there is 0 reason to rush or poopsock, which I really like.

FTE has some serious negative consequences. Just had a static namer PH spot stolen from my by a solo mage 10 levels lower because he has a pet to spam attack with and thats pretty hard to compete with. Not the end of the world or anything, but definitely a lame aspect of the system.
It really is something. Fangbreaker was fast, but obviously not this fast.
During launch it sort of required you to either get lucky with an exp resource hunter zone being with your vicinity and in your level range or make the trek by foot which could have been substanial witb a velious start. A week later thats not as much of an issue anymore with ports available and traveling becoming less of an issue in general when you arent as low level.
I did 53-60 yesterday in disco over the course of like 7 casual killing hours while working with no xp pots. Under the circumstances of a normal exp gain server, that camp would have never ever been viable to do that grind at all unless I planned on staying for days straight.
Just for comparison and it's been a while since I actually timed a 51-60 run on a normal exp tlp, but my old man memory says it took like 19-24 with an optimal group makeup, pots running start to end, and required chardok camps that werent faceroll easy for the first 7 or so levels.
The differential is so substantial that youre doing yourself a major disservice if you decide to hunker down and not move to whatever the next days set brings you.
