This has got some real merit for next year when coupled with a traditional TLP. Generating bonus loot that all has the Attunable flag plus has no restrictions on who can use it is a fucking crazy slot machine lever to get to pull each raid. Attunable is also tradeable so you could be raiding, kill Vulak and get an all/all Abashi's Rod of Disempowerment. Do you keep it and add a unique ability to your class or do you sell it to pay for this month's rent on your double wide?

With Frostreaver having every kind of sweetener enabled I wasn't sure where else there was to go on these servers but something like this could really get the degens on board.

It needs to be opaque as well and not generate "so and so has looted X batshit crazy item." If everyone sees what you get and it's tradeable that's a drama factory in multiple directions at once.

Encounter locking makes the difference. Regime Regime and I were doing abc and there was some botter working the area. Would occasionally b-line for our mobs and eventually break off with nothing. Became a non-issue since there were plenty of mobs with the respawn timers.

Almost all the box crews I've ran in to at the group level have been at least a little retarded. I think all the sharpies went big and are farming raid instances.

Im trying to figure out the best spot to just farm claws of veeshan faction outside of raiding ToV, am i best off just beating shit up in the kael arena area?

The easiest way is to wait for a guild to do open world Statue of Rallos Zek / Avatar of War and get a faction hit from them. They don't lock so you don't have to worry about encounter locking and the hits are pretty big.

Anybody know how the loot brackets break down for the random loot? It seems a little different than what I remember Mischief being.

It's too late now but I'd have liked the random loot here to have a small chance per bucket of rolling one tier higher and a small chance of rolling one tier lower
