Yes, but you can "level" it higher by learning more recipes. Like, 1,000 recipes to max it out. This is, of course, tedious AF and only recommended if you enjoy it. You get better chance to succeed at crafting and you get a modest boost to one of the augs (Artisan's Prize), but it's not worth it.



You also don't need 300 Tradeskills for the recent evolving item, people get success at high 200s. For most tradeskills going from 250 to 300 TS is not that hard, the recent expansions just made it so much easier.

It was bonkers when it came out. These days it's just another fantastic aug. Every few years they come out with a new crafting quest that nearly every serious player gets. I think there have been three since artisans aug came out.

ah, sorry, I misread. Yeah getting to max trophies and basic skill to 300 isn't bad.

Other than Unfired Spherical Bottle there aren't any super easy recipes that were introduced with vendors in new expansions.

The path to 300 was made much easier because every expansion since TBL introduced the same block of recipes for each tradeskill. What I did was look at:

which produce lists like



and then I just find the ones that don't require a ton of stuff like Serene Pan-Seared Fish Steak (Coarse Salt)

That I either have a bunch of already, or can buy cheaply on the bazaar.

I have the benefit of having leveled a few different teams since TBL came out, so I'm drowning in mats. Leveling 5 of them to 300 kinda drained me though and I bought a lot on the bazaar for 100-200 plat per combine.
