all round 1-2 round players that will not be there in round 2 (in actuality our round 5) that I'm looking to move for a moderate pick or a pick swap. Don't overvalue the pick, you'd kill if those guys slipped into the 2-3 range

how did this roster lose last year

Draft picks don't take up a slot but if you were to trade for Jamarr Chase and keep him, he would now have to replace whoever you were keeping in their place.

It's why you have to think of draft trades as not just the pick but the player you wouldn't keep

for instance I got offered Penix for my 2nd, which on the surface isn't insane, but if you consider I'd use a keeper slot saved for Amon St Brown AND a second to get Penix then it sounds bad

well then people are keeping 4-5-6 players if they're guaranteed to keep whoever they trade draft capital for, which I've never been opposed to increasing, but its never passed a vote

I agree. It adds a level of difficulty while still keeping you interested in future years

Well when you accumulate players that would go in our first round you tend to get options occasionally. Has been a fat minute since I got one of these but its Funny I’m literally the only one who gets blow back like this, it’s funny.

Trade wasnt even proposed by me. I never expected to give up St Brown and Bowers but because I have the luxury of being deep on potential keepers I could.

having said that. I get it. Big trades where a guy you feel has made good trades in the past will get under your skin but I literally haven’t won since 2012 and I feel like it keeps being held over me like I’m out here running 15-0 seasons. If you’re happy with your keepers to the point where for the sake to screw me you make me drop all of them into free agency. Ok I get that too -

important to remember big trades have bit me in the ass too. If Daniels gets injured again how smart is it.
