Benson not in Cooks backfield tho.
I'd be fine with grabbing him again in round 1 tbh, I feel he's severely undervalued bc of the inflated TDS, however he was third in DVOA for backs (only Henry and Gibbs outdid that), 5th in DYAR, 1st in EPA per rush and 6th in EPA per attempt amongst rb, and third in explosive run TDs. He wasn't really fully healthy a lot of the season but his efficiency is through the roof even with Allen gobbling up some red zone opportunities. His non TD stats are lowkey elite but I definitely think he's a popular fall back to earth pick for most fantasy peeps

Tried a mock draft yesterday, and I'd like to request an additional 15 seconds per pick. ESPN and its bullshit with flipping from players you're trying to find over to drafted constantly is the worst thing of all time.

Always been of the mindset that if you don't keep you get whoever is the top 3 forecasted players from your team you get assigned which would be Saquon, Brown and TLAW.
All for letting Forum Warriors choose since this is just a long term fun league, but whatever the decision is I'm fine with it.

So...someone i here tell me I can figure out my RB situation in my redraft league. I ended up with Omarion Hampton, TreVeyon Henderson, JK Dobbins, Ray Davis, Dylan Sampson, and Rico Dowdle. This is a 2RB/2WR/2 Flex/1QB/1TE league (full PPR). Directly after the draft, guy offers me Brock Bowers for Henderson straight up. My TE's were Tucker Kraft and Theo Johnson. Obviously I hit accept, but having to start Hampton and Dobbins feels ROUGH. Not sure I shouldn't just try to move Bowers for another TE and RB.

Yes you are required to keep at least 3, its the only reward people who draft or trade well have in the league as that someone can't just reset because they fucked up completely

You offered a trade where I give a high pick for a guy who only averaged a point or two more (fully based on a big spike in TD production) than a current keeper. That is not some steal of a deal, especially in a two QB league where they take the other keepers.
Also, a draft on a Saturday night is awful.

No reason to feel attacked Mr Connor. I’m referring to how thin RB is in general and how low the ask was for a top one last year. I’m not talking about team dicktrickle
also one guy entering his prime. One guy exiting. I already laid out the advanced stats on how efficient cook is anyway I was speaking more from a value standpoint based on some of the players kept. Jalen had 14 rushing TDs, is his value gone because that’s hard to replicate?
Also I asked for pick 52 (pick 94) for Cook and pick 150. That’s where Jordan Mason, Austin Ekeler and Javonte Williams pick area. I wouldn’t consider that a high pick…
and let’s not act like anyone here was at the club on Saturday night but I would’ve gladly moved the draft if one person had said anything. Generally I pick a day at random. The thread says can we do this day. And I move it. All I remembered from past drafts is Flavio having to draft with us at like 3am and work the next day so I considered him when picking said random day. The only thing I’ve ever heard about these drafts is they’re too late in the night for these guys. So if there’s no work the next day I tried to appease. I make it work around anyone and everyone’s schedule for 15 years and find a way to be present.

Yeah, and I got Bucky Irving who had only slightly less points than Cook last year, was less reliant on TDS, is also younger, and finished the second half way better than the first. So there were other options in the draft.
Cook had 30 less carries and 16 less receptions than the year before; efficiency doesn't mean much without volume and he's already a year four guy. Is his trajectory really so upward or is this who he is?
Pick 52 is a higher pick than, what, 70% of other picks? That's a high pick.
The point being it's no such wild thing that no one wanted him as a keeper when it would mean giving up a decent pick. Was he a high value target for the draft? Sure, but that's about where he belongs in a two QB league. Maybe there was someone with really bad keepers who should have considered it but if you thought I was a prime target for such a trade then I have my doubts.
It's not about being at the club, christ dude. However, plenty of people do some kind of activity on Saturday night compared to any other night. Yeah no one spoke up, and they should have if they knew in advance there would be a problem, but I still think Saturday is the worst day of the week to choose. Consider that my input for next year when choosing a date.

Also when you trade a pick for a keeper you are not just trading away a pick you are also not keeping some other player, its not the same as drafting that player with that pick, its significantly worse because by then you would have picked all the other players before.
