Yeah, could have been a lot messier and fucked than it ended up being, entertaining for sure.

Rain is supposed to finally move on overnight/in the morning, we'll see if that holds true and we get a dry race.

Changes pretty much nothing for Norris. He just has to finish ahead of both of the other guys next GP and he wins the title. If he fumbles, then it gets interesting. On thing's for sure, Max will not give a fuck about anything and will go all out. For him even being in the race at this stage is a massive upside. He has nothing to lose, so to speak. I can take insane risks to the point of penalties and possible DQ, then look back after the season and have no regrets.

...yeah, and all he had to do to win was come in 5th or better this race.

Max is the LAST person you want on your ass in a situation like this. He was 104 points off Piastri 8 races ago. Now he's even with Piastri and 24 points off Norris with two races to go.

Yeah, Max has to win and Lando can't finish higher than 4th. Certainly still Lando's to lose.

Now imagine the McClarens running 4/5 or something and Oscar being told to let Lando pass to win the championship...
