I can never find the “Things You Bought” thread (or whatever the name of it is) so I just keep posting these here.

Got two new MiLB (Minor League Baseball) hats for my collection.

We have the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp alternate “Prawn of the Dead” and Rocket City Trash Pandas alternate, the “Alabama White Sauce”

I’m curious, cause this is the second or third time you’ve posted your new minor league hats. Do you enjoy minor league baseball - have a local team or something? The team names and hats are pretty cool and unique, but it just seems like a very niche thing you’re into collecting.

Do you also have a shoe collection and match your hats and shoes? Is this a collection you keep on your wall and never wear?

Think I like the last batch of hats you posted better, but I do like that Alabama White one.

I love and enjoy all forms of baseball, from college, non-affiliate, through all levels of minor league ball, and professional.

as far as the hats go, there’s a larger number involved than you may realize, though it’s by no means as popular as shoes. There’s some hats that have increased in value to double and triple what I paid for them…though I don’t do it for that. I genuinely just love them and talking to people who ask about them when I wear them.

the last of the ones I’ve ordered this year will be here in a few days and it sold out of pre orders 3 separate times.

to answer your other questions, I usually coordinate them with whatever I’m wearing that day when I’m out and about. When I’m not wearing them they are in a a drawer, I’m getting a wall display for them in the near future.

tl;dr I get them because I enjoy baseball and enjoy the hats a great deal.

2 things,

1. the guy being raped, is the guy I was referring to in some other thread about being dumb enough to post his RL pic here and people were fucking with it. I still cannot remember the forum name but it was funny as all hell when it was happening in real time and back before you could do industrial grade photoshop on your phone.

2. I had a SNES that me and my brother played the then current Zelda game on. We each had a character. I remember one was like 'buttfuck4u' and the other was as bad. Anyhow FF a few years and I give said SNES to his step son as an Xmas present , along with all my games. He turns it on, pops on Zelda , me and my brother look at each other, then his wife and all bust out laughing. Thankfully the little guy was too young to read.
