This used to happen to my Dad a lot when I was a kid. He worked at a plant that made shingles and other roofing products. The truck beds would be barely held together and the weight of the forklift and the pallets of material would fall though. Then off he'd go to the hospital.
But it's basically the same picture, so I kinda feel like I cheated the FSR rules. So in addition, I will add this is what happens when you are transporting an industrial floor scrubber and don't chock the wheels/lock the steering wheel into the corner.
