The video that goes with that is great. He turns the corner and the plane is stopped at the redlight while people change lanes to go around him.

Thanks. I couldn't which site I saw it on and was lazy. I looked in my youtube history and didn't see it.

probably right. Shadows on ground from the left. plane from the right.
Props are solid circles instead of strobe, etc.
Who is taking the photo?
Probably very against the rules to open the cargo bay over a heavily residential area like that.
