OK, let me clarify a few points for you...

First, I didn't even know they put things that large up there until they pulled them out (Wasn't that also the name of Trex's sex tape?). It just felt hypercongested for a couple weeks while shit healed up. Kinda like a perpetual sinus pressure issue. But when they pulled them out it was like feeling air in both my nostrils and fully into my sinus cavities for the first time and kinda mind blowing. Strangely enough even though it helped my breathing, according to the lovely Mrs Haus it actually made my snoring louder.
