Squatters laws are very interesting. They vary so hugely between nation, state/province and municipality. For the most part? Fuck yeah, take over that abandoned shit. Sure there are exceptions aplenty but most are just trying to suck on the gov teat in terms of commercial property tax loss bullshit loopholes.
