I have a friend who was driving on the highway. He was cut off by someone merging. My friend proceeded to honk at him letting him know they were about to hit one another. The next thing he knew was there was a loud popping / burning sound. And a light so bright that he momentarily went blind. And the guy sped off. Thankfully my friend was able to see before he went off road.

I usually just settle for adjusting my mirrors to try to beam it back at them, but jesus my neighborhood is infested with tinydick lifted shitbirds. Not a speck of dirt on them, all the wrong hardware to actually go out bogging or w-e. Just "I want my headlights to be even with your eyeline" fuckheads.
