"allowed to laugh" what a silly and ridiculous logic? if the races were reversed you'd see a tidal wave of "wokes" displaying their opinion about laughing in a trial about your victim and they wouldn't be shy at all telling you their opinion that race was a motivator even though the actions would be 100% identical.
You can do whatever you want within the bounds of the law that doesn't mean people won't also think you're a piece of shit in proper context of laughing at the trial of your victim.
