You can do something similar with two companies in Texas by bouncing expenses between two LLC's. Bill one company, and bill back, as an investment/expense. Write-offs for both, flipping each year. And claim your personal income as business income, so you never pay personal income taxes. And the two companies pay minimal taxes due to the appearance of making no profit.
