In that case, doesn't that qualify me on commenting on matters relating to socialist European countries? I thought they were more or less synonymous for you.
I don't know who you are. This exchange is literally the first time I've seen your name, so know that I don't know if you're a hipster or not.
You weren't questioning those demographics. Questioning implies that you're looking for an answer. If you were, you'd have gone and looked it up. I suspect that if you were right, you'd have provided proof instead of landscapes. If you'd gone and looked it up and found you were wrong, you'd probably have not posted at all.
Instead, you seem to have been casting doubt on the demographics by citing your single experience as the proof that the demographics were false. You weren't trying to find the truth, so you weren't questioning. You were stating an opinion that the demographics were wrong in order to cast doubt on them.
It's good to question shit. The pursuit of knowledge is noble. That's not what you're doing here though.

Religious numbers in Norway are heavily skewed due to an outdated law where any child "inherits" religious affiliation with the Church of Norway if one parent is a member. This can skew official reporting numbers because many of these people have no idea they even "count" as a member. This practice continues to this day even after the separation of church and state in 2012.
