What I did was visit the store in the terminal and buy liquor there. Then put it in my carry on and lie when they asked if I had any liquids. It's not like they have another xray machine. On the off chance that they do an actual bag search (I saw it once in about a dozen flights) I was planning to play dumb and be like "What? I just bought it over there to take home as a souvenir. If that's not allowed why do they sell it inside the terminal?"



Oh and also don't forget hand cleaner. During the age of covid, we could carry a spray bottle of vodka and it didn't need to be in a plastic bag. I don't drink a lot, but I need a few to get to sleep on a long flight.
