It should be mentioned that all words in all languages are made up (or borrowed from other languages) and that all languages constantly evolve (unless they are dead and/or extinct). So a rebuttal based on some sort of idea of a static language is non-sense or deflection. I don't see you getting so worked up by the fact the english language no longer uses "thou". I agree though that the pronoun thing is a bit silly.

My old boss had implants that were so rock hard they could knock you out with them if she wanted I'd imagine.
