I assumed he was Brit. Pretty sure he's not American, as one of his old favorite "i'm a dick" methods was pointing out that anything shitty done IN America was done BECAUSE we're American. Sorry I don't know his bio. I don't spend that much time memorizing douch-y people's info. No time. Replace "Brit" with whichever country he's from and everything still applies.
