I present to you Torchy's Tacos Roscoe
"The Roscoe,", a tribute to the LA restaurant chain famous for plates of fried chicken and waffles. Torchy's version of the crispy, fried, and sweet dish consists of a golden waffle topped with a fried chicken tender, a fried egg, and a couple of strips of crispy bacon, all wrapped in a tortilla and drizzled with sweet and sticky maple syrup.
