I don't get it... Why do people post a 1080x1080 px image of some huge words (not even in focus) that could equally well fit in 60-odd bytes of text?

It's a coal burning power plant.

This is a gas plant.

This is a gas planet

There is no specific plant design for a specific fuel. Some power plants burn natural gas and no.6 fuel oil, or burn garbage and can have similar stacks to a coal fired plant.

Cooling towers don't have to be a specific design either, the Simpson's cooling towers are usually needed when the water consumption is massive.
