Yeah, I've never bothered to use ExHentai since NHentai worked perfectly fine. I just assumed it worked the same way.
The numbers are also a way to joke about how bad, absurd, disgusting, etc. a particular entry is. The most often used example is 177013. It has already been in a some of the Chinese cartoons I've posted. I didn't think it was that bad, but I do enjoy the memes about it.
