Probably seeing the imprint left on her skin from spandex-esque leggings. And a back tattoo. Maybe they used frequency separation to preserve the fine detail while obscuring some of the lower-frequency stuff like uneven skin tone?

The song is from Touhou games, old school shoot-em-ups(and a ton of spin offs).
All the art from these games is open source so there's A LOT of remixes of all the songs and themes, in many genres(metal, classical and electronic mostly). This particular theme is a variation of Flandre's theme "U.N. Owen was Her?" which is one of the most known themes from the game. Can often hear it in streams and video game youtube and stuff since it's free so you don't get DMCAd for it.
