In Star Wars lore they were considered universally attractive. Rebels puts what is possibly an unintentionally much darker spin on Twi'lek slavery by establishing that they are interfertile with other species, or at the very least interfertile with humans.

I have some emergency CDs in the car. Sometimes when wife is following in her car, I forget to disable that bluetooth connection, and it kills music in my car trying to connect to hers
