That's the MS gator that held the state record for less than an hour this weekend. The one that outweighed it by 4 pounds doesn't look as big, but maybe it's the picture.
727 pounds.
Looks bigger due to forced perspective. They are standing a few feet behind the gator in the first pic. Oldest trick in the book.

There's other pics on the local newsite here and it still doesn't look as big even with people in front of it and sitting on it. The one that weighed less was 6" longer.
The first one pictures that weighed less has a deformed foot that was lost/bitten off or whatever. If he had a full leg it would have been the record most likely. The top one was killed in a residential type area in a suburb of Jackson, MS off the reservoir there.
