Possibly. Lot of genetic freaks these days though w/ the fitness industry blowing up in popularity like it has over the past 5 years or so.

Oh, it's UW-Madison. That makes sense. Friend of mine went to grad school there; it's one of the hardest partying college towns I've ever seen.

I don't know if it still exists, but last time I was there we went to Bennett's "Smut & Eggs" - where they serve up a breakfast/brunch buffet while hardcore porn plays on every television in the place:
