The disturbing thing is... One of my employees used to live in an apartment next to a crematorium. And would frequently get grossed out when he would go outside, smell some really good barbecue cooking nearby, and then realize that the crematorium was running and that was actually what he was smelling...

Reminder that you can catch basically any disease a person can get from eating people meat. You can get by with raw beef as we aren't vulnerable to all the cow diseases but you're definitely vulnerable to all the people illnesses. If you have to eat someone you want that person to be healthy and you have to cook the shit out of them. Cook them like you would a hunk of wormy pork. Well done double plus good.
