One of my coworkers was in their contest last year, found out some interesting things about how shadily they run this contest.
Assuming it's the same rules as last year's.
1. You can straw purchase as many votes as you want, as long as it's not easily traceable back to a credit card in their name or something.
2. Ties into #1, you can 'buy' votes for yourself as long as you aren't actually buying the votes yourself. I saw some of the contestants and my e-whore senses started tingling. Sure enough, they had Onlyfans accounts and were offering nudes/vids if you sent them receipts of buying them votes. Coworker emailed Inked and was told "lol free money, fuck off."

Your friend has an uphill battle.
