never understood people not showering at both times.
After a long hard day, working and sweating and just dealing with people nothing is better than a nice warm shower.
Waking up, feeling a bit groggy still, nothing is better to wake you up (not even coffee) than a nice cool shower.
Have showered at both times my entire life.
