yea when i lived in topeka, i was 10 minutes away from the god hates fag church
you can barely tell they are there
westboro isn't even the worst place, considering, the area is safe but real estate is artificially low just b/c of the church
whereas if you goto east topeka,
you can literally live rent free for 40k
housing shortage? become a chiefs fan and live here, heck this grass actually looks nice

topeka was very sketch during covid, i'd goto the produce aisle and i seemingly emptied out the section somehow, i made sure to touch each and every vegetable. i'd go down an aisle and karens would turn around and go the opposite way, you know how they said "6 ft apart for safety" i didn't have to worry about that, karens were 12ft behind me and i didn't even have to wait in line cuz they would get off the line to let me go first.
