After going on a disney cruise last year, i have a new found respect for the experience that Disney can deliver to kids on a boat.
It's a very slick operation, the kids loved it.
i was mystified by the adult-no-kid cohort that were there.
there's a few 21+ things to do i guess, but not nearly enough to justify going if you don't have kids with you.
there were even some elderly couples who had absolutely no business being there, which is where i learned about the phenomenon of some people not actually having homes, and they just schlep around the world on whatever cruises happen to be convenient so they can live off the all-inclusive package.
then there's the disability group, whereby entire families have a fun holiday on the back of uncle sam's disability allowance, and all they have to do is take turns pushing some poor unfortunate around in their wheelchair.
anyway, we'll probably go again because the kids are still the right age, and it requires no brain-power to take them on a holiday that they'll enjoy.
