It says her BMI was still 40 post-op so she was still a fatty. Instestinal type adenocarcinoma in an ovarian mass does not sound like it would have a good ending.

This would not happen in the US pretty much anyone that shows up to any hospital gets a CT Abd/Pelvis for essentially any complaint
