Wasn't allowed to take pictures but; I did a jet repair facility in CLT NC. They had an engine in there that had 'rapidly disassembled' i.e. blew the fuck up from sucking in a goose. Smelled like rotten burned meat and kerosene.

Btw this 'repair facility' was the worst designed / engineered project I ever did in my entire career.
