Mmmm, those look amazing. Much better than my first attempt.Wife bought me a smoker for Christmas. Bought 2 full racks of spare ribs (mistake, should've just gone with St Louis or baby backs). Did them in hickory. Pretty good, although a little dry for my first attempt.
