Reddit title is wrong.
even the comments section is full of "that is clearly a throat", and "that is clearly a leech".
But also full of, "that explains nothing! wtf is a leech doing in someones lungs?!" thats even WORSE.


(Although I would suspect it had to have been an intentional use of leech to drain blood.)
