both my gamepass and PS+ subs end in 2029, after that i'll be switching to steam only and keeping my series X / ps5 pro for playing pre 2027 disc games - which really means they will die and i will be back to a pc only gamer. what a weird 15 years its been.
I'm glad to see MS is ensuring the death of playing games via streaming.

More so the point they keep chiseling away features while raising prices.Kind of pathetic that they think that level of greed is a good idea, but considering I haven't used 15 hours of Cloud Gaming in the entire time it's existed....

To be fair, they did undo the 2025 price increase for the most part. Still a little more expensive than it was a year ago if you're crazy enough to pay for it monthly, but the Eneba price is basically the same as it was then.

What I think is happening, they are comparing Xbox to other divisions, and compared to Office and Windows, it doesn't make enough money for the bean-counters. No one is smart enough to see that the Microsoft brand means something, and that intangible value in one area can bolster your other brands.
"ONLY 15B? Office makes us more. PRODUCE. 30% or else or your money goes to AI" or something.
Forget that you have been making blue-haired DEI trash for a decade.

With all of that, much to my surprise Asha actually sounds like she is giving them a fighting chance. Let's see if she can deliver.
