This hits deep.

Just think, the same time span from the PlayStation 2 to now, is the same time span in years from the launch of the Atari 2600 to the PlayStation 2.

Time certainly seems to speed up as you get older.

I played the Atari 2600 when it was brand new. If I took that time frame and used the same numbers to go back from that point......Fuck.

Yes time speeds up, or rather the perception of it does.

They produced the 2600 from 1977 to 1992, so most of the board could have technically played it new, even if they were toddlers mashing button. I remember seeing the woodie version and paddle controllers at some relatives house, but only remember playing the black and silver plastic version with joystick.

Sir I said "brand" new. I did not say when it was just new. So yes...1977

I must have been 5 or 6 or 7ish when we got ours? We had a pong machine before that.

BTW That big saudi espurts tournament has started the lan part. 60 million dollar prizepool.

The broadcast looks like a phone camera recording of an obs capture of a stream.

It got better over the day. I think it was 12ish hours of matches. Alot of the old school overwatch people are there (that haven't had much work lately because ... things).

So like voting to strike because of concerns, not actual grievances? lmao
Yeah doesn’t make sense to me.

“We demand you guarantee you won’t use AI for voice overs”
“No”
“Ok we will strike”

>Company begins using AI voice since humans are refusing to do it, saves tons of time and money.

Plenty of out of work theater actors would do better work for vidya voices than "video game actors"

What video games have you guys been playing for the last ~10 years because the voice acting in most games I play is pretty A+
