As long as Windows is complete dogshit when it comes to connecting to a TV without screwing up your normal desktop, or properly supporting stuff like Dolby Vision and Atmos/DTS:X... yes.

That's the last MS console I bought. I know they extended warranties due to them trying to save a nickel but I'd already disassembled mine so many times to get it working it would not have passed anyway. So while I had it apart I hacked the drive to play burned discs and added a much cheaper HDD to it.
I even recall one post had a diagram and the Lowes part ## of all the items you needed to change something about the chipset heat spreader.

The silver lining to hardware getting more expensive is that it makes gaming less accessible to normie consoomers and their godawful tastes. It will take a while to undo the damage done between them and the compromised developers, but upper management won't be happy watching margins drop even further.
