LOL, its like a 10 yr old game, but a classic. Now made even better with turn based.
It's not its age that is the problem. It's the fact the game fucking sucked fat hog and the storyline was a fucking mess.

I will never understand how people hold that game in high regard and it really was the start of Obsidian's downfall. They haven't released a solid game since.

Does that mean if I already own it I can replay with turn based? I liked the game but I too prefer turn based. I don't think that fast.
Or the case could be made , at all.
Yes it was patched when that trailer launched

Control 2 coming later this year - hopefully.

It looks quite interesting, I'm excited. Control was amazing.

One of Control's coolest moments, without context :

Controls story was just introduce more and more that answers nothing that came before it like a bad anime. I didn't like that.

This game out today. A pretty fun typing BR plus some other modes like Knockout and Duel. I have two BR wins, and a couple of duel wins. I type faster than my brain thinks nowadays. I end up making way too many mistakes.

drunk question: what the fuck do yall consider a "developer"?
In the past, I assumed it was the main programmers, coding up the engine and other shit i have no clue about. Now it seems like if you do some QA or write a little side quest, you can call yourself a vg developer. when I see shit like "Marathon from developers of Halo" I think it was just the same janitorial staff. /rant

It means whatever you want it to mean. Traditionally a developer was someone who writes code. For anything. This became a prestigious title which led to title inflation and other teams being jelly about not having this title. A few decades of that went by now you have QA claiming to be developers because they don't want to be QA with no "respect." Nowadays you kind of need to read between the lines and discern whether or not this person was actually engineering and creating cool shit through technical expertise or was part of the vast support team(s) that exist for any development project.
