I dunno, but if you place the bottom of a womans foot to your face, you are being subservient, or placing yourself below her, like you're wanting her to dominate you. That is the gist of the foot fetish that I've gleaned from the simps on reddit who played the game I did. So that understanding is why I said "feet = men servicing women". That might not make sense you, given you're much more familiar with that fetish.
