Isn't that the one with Blitzball? I quite liked it when it came out but the memory limitations and constant loading drove me nuts trying to play on PC. Perhaps there is a mod to fix that I dunno. Thought the ending was a little hokey but whatever.

Tried multiple times to get into 13, just could not. and the sequel could not get into either. Didn't play any of the MMO's. I liked 15 and 16. Weirdly 16 is what I was playing when I had my seizure that was my unknown brain tumor saying 'hello'. heh.

Nah I replayed it and it was fine. It’s more about PTSD than anything else.

FF8 was fine. FF10 was really good. FF9 is underrated. I'd say any "best" FF must be turn based. Once it got into action combat it started to decline.
