No one cares if they play a female character, when it is well written and not done to shove a lesbian agenda woman power thing down people's throats. 1) Atsu - voiced by a lesbian Antifa fuckstick who cannot keep their mouth shut on social media, supports a domestic terrorist organization trying to uproot amrrican government to promote marxism, with a character in feudal Japan mowing down an entire countryside of male samurai in a time period where that never happened with contextual obligations to be historically accurate where in the end two lesbian lovers parent a child together. In 1603 AD.
Gee. Wonder why this bombed while at the same time no one had issues with the above 11 mentions. IT'S A CONUNDRUM!

so i've been playing for a few hours a night, ps5 says i'm only 25% done, it's basically kill bill, you have 6 baddies to kill and you kill one right away (like a tutorial? but not really), like how kill bill started off with killing the black one.
so yea the story is really lazy, you know how it took like 1hr arcs for jin in tsushima to like learn how to be an assassin, or throw a kunai and do all that skeevy stuff and how he had to do it if he wanted to take back tsushima
in this we just get a 1minute backstory that, yea she spent 16 years fighting as a ronin and just knows how to assainate ppl and this grappling hook is cool.
anyway balance and gameplay is really fucked, i just pranced around doing side quests praying to altars, getting jiggy in hot tubs, and i'm already overpowered and unkillable (i have undying parry armor, and all my charms, make parry easier, heal on parry, staggar on parry, like wth, this is stupid op) and i haven't even killed another big bad yet.
nothing was different than tsushima really, this is more like an expansion w/ boobs than a full game

Does the english dub have a strong asian accent? The few trailers ive seen didnt seem as bad as AC shadows, i think the mc va is american. I dont know how everyone is ok with shit asian accent english dubs. Do they look for crappy english speakers or do the directors tell the VAs to sound more asian, lol. Will never play Yakuza dubbed, but at least they have normal english speaking VAs.

She (Erika Ishii) was on Critical Roll and speaking with an American accent, so it's probably what the director wanted.
Honestly, she wasn't nearly as annoying as some of the other people on Critical Roll, like Taliesin (if you can ignore her far left ideologue bullshit).

Yeah. I didn't know anything about her when she was a guest on Critical Roll and while the Critical Roll people are California leftists, the annoying/stupid shit was mostly contained to only two of the full time actors on the show. Even then, the worst they would do is some gay/trans backstory that wasn't really brought up all that much.
