How is it soft to not want to see shit that isn't in the books yet, or may not even happen in the books? The original intent of the two threads was to have places to keep book readers from spoiling things for non book readers. Not for cunts to post screencaps from the unaired season finale.
Spoiler tags for upcoming spoiler shit. I think we're 1 episode from book people knowing NOTHING about the next season and there being almost no need for a book thread separate from a movie thread except people saying, "....well in the books X met X in X and it was foretold by X" a billion times. After this next episode there should be a: Game of Thrones - THings that have happened thread and Game of Thrones - Things that haven't happened yet thread. Spoiler tags for shit like Fedor posted.

Book readers still have a ton of stuff they know with victarion and the kings moot that will likely happen next season. I don't know that I have ever agreed with gavinmad but I am now

I honestly think it's a 50/50 tossup as to whether or not we ever see another Greyjoy aside from Theon for the rest of the show. Might just hear an offhand comment of someone telling Stannis that Balon Greyjoy slipped in the bathtub and broke his neck, and then Melisandre will smirk that little smirk of hers.

Pretty sure it was confirmed somewhere that Yara is going to make an appearance again in the finale. Probably so they can set up what will surely be a heavily modified Ironborn storyline.

WELLLLLL,

Yara is in the imdb for the last episode. And the casting for next season is for a pirate in his 40's to 50's who's supposed to be a ferocious manipulator. So it's probably Euron and they probably are nixxing Victarion and Damphair altogether

See how I did that?

Euron, not Victarion.

What we know about next season:

There will be a bran tree style flashback, either the Tourney at Harrenhal or just Young Ned/etc, won't expect it to be subtle like the books, basically it will confirm Jon's parentage
Randyll Tarly and family are cast, ie shit in the reach. We'll know next episode if Sam and Gilly are headed there, but since they've also cast Euron then I expect Balon dies (off screen) and Euron the new king of the iron islands will raid the reach like they do in the books.

As book readers these were the last little plots that were just beginning at the end of Dance. We don't know where they will go. So yeah, a small portion of the first few episodes we'll have knowledge off. But like 95% of season 6 will be entirely new territory. There really won't need to be 2 threads. But i'd suggest keeping them, just so the "shit happened differently in the books" is kept to a minimum, but basically everyone can just start posting in the no pussy shit thread since we ain't gonna know shit anyway.

Unless of course Winds is released first, but fat chance of that happening.

Ah the "euron = daario with LF's magic teleporter and is secretly a faceless man since he changes appearance and eye color and also secretly a white walker cus he leads men in raids from the other side of the world while he is also being a prisoner of the Yunkai" theory.

almost as lolworthy as the Syrio = Jaqen theory because everyone from braavos is also jaqen.

Think the Euron = Daario theory actually is very solid, but who knows. I think it's even more likely since Euron hasn't been shown on the show because that'd really be a WTF to the audience. It was like Arstan Whitebeard = Selmy. Book readers could kind of see it coming but it was still a bit of a surprise. Viewers were like "oh look, it's him."

yeah other than they don't. Luckily they've already announced that they are casting Euron so this stupid theory can be taken out back and shot just like the rest of your stupid theories.

I've often wondered why they suddenly stopped showing anything to do with the iron islands. It lends extra credence to the theory. A trick in the sense of a book is much harder to play than a trick with visuals, and there are a lot of coincidences put in for a guy who is notorious at not creating coincidences.
