I'm just excited for a new GTA story to play through, not expecting much more. Netflix thing looked good enough to me I just think they should have dropped it when they opened Preorders.

Guess they probably didn't have it ready and knew ppl would open their wallets anyway.

i don't really understand people preordering now though, you can wait 24-48 hours before release, see what reviewers you trust and streamers say. i'm not even watching any of the shit today, who gives a fuck its just marketing

esp since its console only and no physical disc, which is pretty lulzy. i wonder if someone is gonna heist some of the code in a boxes and sell them ultra cheap

Of course not, the only "future performance mode" a company like Take-Two cares about is when they make people buy the same game again for PC and the next generation of consoles.

Still though, it's pretty pathetic that they couldn't even hit 40 so it could run in a 120Hz container. Even if it meant dropping from 1440p to something closer to 1080p it'd still be worth choosing.
