The GTA games usually have horrendous control latency, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. There used to be articles on gamasutra measuring various games with a high speed camera.
GTA 5 and RDR2 also had auto-targeting so that all you ever had to do was aim in the general direction, hit L2, and flick the stick up slightly for a guaranteed headshot. GTA 6 has removed that in favor of plain old aim assist, but it does have deadeye like RDR. Remains to be seen whether that's enough to make 30 fps bearable.

On that list. All in all it looks like they are going down the path of tedium is gameplay like RDR2.

  • You'll run into tons of people livestreaming and this leads to various events (I hate the future).
This is actually great. I can finally beat the shit out of people livestreaming.
